episode 44: are you satisfied or just settled?

Inertia is a VERY real phenomenon - not just in physics but in every aspect of our personal lives.

Once you get settled, once things kind of start rolling on auto-pilot in your life, it can be a HUGE challenge to start striving toward new goals, or to continue to grow and evolve.  As humans, we crave the feeling of being settled - that feeling of "comfort."

But comfort often equals complacency.

How many dreams have you let go?  How many goals have you given up on?  Have you given yourself the very "adult" excuse of, "oh, it's just not the time in my life for that."

Ask yourself this: am I truly satisfied in my current life, or am I just feeling settled?  This episode will take you through a variety of exercises - along with a personal story to illustrate the points - to help shake you out of your current state of life inertia.
