episode 52: stop waiting for bad things to happen

Are you someone who constantly worries about something bad lurking around the corner?  Even if things in your life are going well, do you anticipate a bad thing happening soon to throw you off course?

If so, you're not alone.  It's a common human tendency to anticipate the negative, for sure!

In this episode, we explore this tendency.  We'll look at the reasons WHY we do this, and ways in which we can avoid getting stuck in a bad case of the "what ifs."  Constantly looking out for the worst case scenario causes us to miss out on what is right in front of us - this present moment.  And given that our most precious resource is our TIME, why would we waste that on something that may not ever happen?
