episode 41: run your own race

Do you ever get caught up in comparing your journey to someone else's and wonder why you haven't been able to reach your goals like they have?  Do you get frustrated wondering why other people don't follow your path, or have the same reactions as you?

This is common thing that most of us experience - this getting caught up in the "comparison game."

On any journey - be that of general personal growth or in pursuit of a life goal - it's important to remember that we "all are an experiment of one."  Meaning, our experiences are NEVER the same as someone else's.  As a result, we are on our own individual timelines!  In this episode, we look at ways we can stay focused on "running our own race" without comparing ourselves to others. Listen here.

[Book quoted in this episode - highly recommended (very heavy!) read - The Choice by Edith Eger.  Likely the most moving book I have ever read!]
