episode 58: why practice doesn't always make perfect

Is there a goal or achievement that's always seemed to elude you?  Do you feel like you've tried and tried, but never been able to quite *get there*?

If so, you're not alone.

It's a common belief that if we just work harder and do more, we'll achieve more.  But that's not necessarily true.  As one of my first mentors told me, it's not practice that makes perfect, it's perfect practice that makes perfect.  We can't keep on doing the same ineffective things over and over again, expecting a different result.

In this episode, we'll explore the definition of "perfect practice" along with some exercise to help you make needed changes to your routine to shake things up.
